Located in Wichita, Kansas, our initial manufacturing facility was a modest 5,000 sq.-ft. cinder block building. We quickly outgrew that enterprise and constructed a 12,000 sq.-ft. facility on adjacent land, which has been further expanded by an impressive 38,000 sq. ft. We utilize all of that space to efficiently tackle some of the aerospace industry’s most demanding high-volume production challenges.

- 5 to 50,000 Parts – At United Machine Company, we can efficiently handle low-volume specialized production runs of five or less units. Simultaneously, we can ramp up production to economically tackle your high-volume manufacturing requirements with the same guaranteed quality and consistency.
- 0.100 to 36 Inches – We offer expert CNC machining solutions optimized for complex parts in a wide range of sizes and configurations. We regularly manufacture custom parts with diameters of less than an inch, as well as larger components and assemblies up to 36 inches.
- 0.0001 Inch Tolerances – Our cutting-edge CNC machining equipment is capable of achieving close tolerances down to .0001” with complex parts geometries. To put it into perspective, that’s smaller than the diameter of a human hair or the width of a single sheet of paper.
